AIRCRAFT LEASING & FINANCING
A core part of my practice is focused on the representation of lessors and lessees in the preparation and negotiation of aircraft and engine operating and finance leases in jurisdictions all over the world. I also handle subleases, charters, wet-leases and novations, as well as contracts for aircraft maintenance.
NEW AIRCRAFT PURCHASES
Over the years, I have negotiated many new aircraft orders for clients with Airbus, Boeing and Embraer. I therefore have a broad understanding of the concessions which are available from the aircraft manufacturers, as well as the extent of legal concessions which can be negotiated.
AIRCRAFT FINANCING
I have extensive experience in the financing of new aircraft and the re-financing of used aircraft including negotiation of loan agreements, sale and leaseback agreements and export credit agency finance.
